This Telecom & 10DLC Addendum (“Addendum”) governs use of 10-digit long code (10DLC), A2P messaging, and other telecommunications services provided via Wonderly.
1. Brand & Campaign Registration
If you use 10DLC messaging in the United States, you agree to:
- Complete required brand registration
- Submit accurate campaign registration details
- Provide truthful descriptions of messaging use cases
- Update campaign information if your use changes
Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate suspension.
2. Carrier Vetting & Audits
You acknowledge that:
- Carriers may audit messaging campaigns
- Carriers may suspend or block traffic at any time
- Vetting scores may affect throughput or pricing
Wonderly is not responsible for carrier decisions.
3. Throughput & Filtering
Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Carriers may:
- Filter messages
- Reduce throughput
- Block campaigns
- Apply content restrictions
Wonderly has no control over carrier filtering decisions.
4. Fines & Pass-Through Fees
You agree that any carrier fines, penalties, surcharges, or regulatory fees arising from your messaging traffic may be passed through to you.
You authorize Wonderly to:
- Charge your payment method for carrier-imposed fines
- Suspend messaging until fines are paid
5. Traffic Suspension
Wonderly may suspend or terminate Messaging Services immediately if:
- Carriers flag your traffic
- Complaint rates exceed carrier thresholds
- You fail to maintain consent records
- You violate this Addendum
No refunds are required for suspended messaging services.
6. No Telecom Provider Status
Wonderly is not a telecommunications carrier. It provides software access to third-party carrier networks.
Wonderly does not guarantee message delivery, call completion, or telecom compliance.
7. Survival
Your indemnification obligations and liability for fines survive termination of Messaging Services.
