Everything you need to know to access the project shared with you, complete your tasks, and stay on top of your work.

What Is the Client Portal?

Wonderly's Client Portal is a secure, project-specific space where the team you're working with shares project progress, assigns you tasks, and collaborates with you directly. Instead of waiting for updates, you check progress directly. Instead of sending files over email, you upload them to the relevant task, and instead of asking where things stand, you see it in real time.

Access is tied to the email address that received the invitation, and secured by the authentication method you selected: Google, Outlook, iCloud, or a password you set up yourself.

How to Get Started

Joining the Portal

Check the inbox of the email address that received the invitation and click the Join button. You'll be taken to a registration page where you can sign in with Google, Outlook, or iCloud, or set up a password. Make sure to use the same email address that received the invitation to ensure your access.

Once you're in, you'll land on your Client Portal Dashboard. Your shared projects appear on the left, and the tasks within each project are displayed in the center of the screen.

Understanding Your Portal

Each project in your dashboard is broken down into milestones and tasks. When you open a task, you'll find:

• A description explaining what needs to be done

• A start and end date

• A current status: To Do, Completed, or Canceled

• Attachments provided by the team or uploaded by you

• A comment section with the full conversation history tied to that task

The milestone the task belongs to is visible on the right hand side of the task. If a task is assigned to you, you can update its status and mark it as Completed once the work is done.

What You Can Do

Once you're in the portal, you can start contributing to the project right away, and you don't need to wait for someone to walk you through it. Here's what's available to you:

• View tasks and milestones shared with you and track overall project progress

• Update the status of tasks assigned to you and mark them as Completed when done

• Upload files directly to a task so the team has everything they need in one place

• Leave comments on any task to ask questions, share updates, or provide context

• Download files attached to tasks by the team

What Happens After You Act

Every action you take in the portal is visible to the team in real time. When you complete a task, upload a file, or leave a comment, the team sees it instantly on their end, with no need to notify them separately.

If they have questions about your work or need something adjusted, they can comment directly on the task or assign you a new one. You'll receive an email notification any time you're mentioned or assigned a task so nothing slips through.

How long does my access last? The team that invited you controls your access. As long as you're part of the project, your portal remains open. If they remove you from the project, you'll lose access immediately.

Will I receive notifications? Yes. You'll receive an email notification any time someone assigns you a task or mentions you in a comment.

Is my access secure? Yes. Your portal is tied to your email address and protected by the authentication method you chose during setup. Nobody else can access your portal with a different email address.
