The Sales section in your Wonderly account is where you track sales opportunities. manage customer relationships, and organize your entire sales pipeline in one place.
Deals
Deals represent sales opportunities. They're the core of your sales pipeline and track the progress of each opportunity from first contact to closed won.
Deal pipeline view
Board – Switches your Deals view to Board view, which displays your pipeline as a Kanban board.
List – Switches your Deals view to List view, which displays your deals as a traditional table or spreadsheet with rows and columns.
All Deals Dropdown – Allows you to filter which deals are displayed.
Search – Type keywords to find specific deals. You can search by deal name, company name, contact name, or other deal details.
Filters – apply multiple filters to your deals view. You can filter by:
Sort options – Organize deals by name, amount, date, or other criteria.
Custom fields – Filter by any custom fields you've created.
+ Add Deal – Create a new deal directly from the pipeline view. When you click this button, a modal opens where you can enter deal details like:
Deal name.
Company.
Primary Contact.
Pipeline stage.
Deal amount.
Owner.
Settings ⚙️ – Opens the pipeline settings panel where you can manage your sales pipeline configuration. From here you can:
Add, edit, or remove pipeline stages
Reorder stages to match your sales process
Set Deal default ownership – Determine who automatically becomes the owner of a new deal when it's created in your pipeline.
Deal Stages - The stages below the action bar represent the different phases of your sales pipeline. They are the visual columns in your Board view that organize all your deals by their current status in your sales process.
What Each Stage Represents:
New Lead – Initial contact or form submission.
Lead Qualified – Prospect meets your qualification criteria.
Meeting Scheduled – You've booked a call with the prospect.
Meeting Missed/Declined — A scheduled meeting that the prospect didn't attend or declined to attend.
Meeting Finished — A meeting with the prospect has been completed.
Quote & Invoice Sent — You've sent a proposal or pricing quote to the prospect.
Invoice Paid — The prospect has paid the invoice, meaning the deal is complete and the transaction is finalized.
Stale — A deal that hasn't had activity or progress in a long time. It's inactive but not officially lost.
Disqualified — The prospect doesn't meet your criteria or isn't a good fit for your services.
Lost — The prospect chose a competitor or decided not to move forward.
Proposal Sent – You've sent a quote or proposal.
Negotiating – Discussing terms and pricing.
Closed Won – Deal is complete.
Closed Lost – Deal didn't move forward.
List of Deals - Displays all deals in your pipeline based on your current view (Board or List) and any filters applied.
What you can do:
Click a deal to open its full record and see all details, activity, emails, meetings, tasks, projects, and documents.
Drag a deal (in Board view) to move it between stages.
Edit deal details inline by clicking on specific fields.
See deal status at a glance – Owner, amount, stage, and last activity date.
Automations
Automatically trigger actions and follow-ups based on deal stage changes, lead qualification, and other sales events. This removes manual work from your sales process and ensures consistent follow-up across your team.
Automations view
⚙️ Phone Agent Settings – Allows you to create or edit an AI phone agent.
⚙️ Client Intake Form Settings – Allows you to create or edit a client intake form.
Create Missing Info Outreach Automation – Wonderly's AI phone agent automatically reaches out to leads who have incomplete information.
Calls the lead to collect missing details.
Sends an email if the call doesn't connect.
Sends an SMS if email doesn't work
Repeats until information is collected or the lead is disqualified
Create Appointment Scheduling Automation – Wonderly's AI phone agent automatically reaches out to qualified leads who haven't scheduled a meeting yet.
Calls the lead to schedule a meeting.
Sends an email with your booking link if the call doesn't connect.
Sends an SMS reminder if needed.
Repeats until a meeting is scheduled.
Create Meeting Reminder Automation – Wonderly's AI phone agent automatically sends reminders to prospects before scheduled meetings.
Sends an email reminder 24 hours before the meeting.
Sends an SMS reminder 1 hour before the meeting.
Reduces no-shows by keeping the meeting top-of-mind.
Create Missed Meeting Follow-up Automation – Wonderly's AI phone agent automatically follows up with prospects who missed a scheduled meeting.
Sends an email asking to reschedule.
Sends an SMS with a rescheduling link.
Repeats if the prospect doesn't respond.
Moves the deal to a "Stale" stage if no response after multiple attempts.
Create Invoice Follow-up Automation Wonderly's AI phone agent automatically sends payment reminders and follow-ups for unpaid invoices.
Sends an email reminder when an invoice is due.
Sends an SMS reminder if the invoice becomes overdue.
Repeats reminders at intervals you configure.
Moves the deal to a "Payment Pending" stage if unpaid.
Quotes & Invoices
Create, send, and manage financial documents. This section keeps quotes and invoices organized in one place without switching between tools.
Quotes – Displays all quotes you've created and sent to clients
Invoice – Displays all invoices you've created for won deals
Search Tab - Quickly find specific quotes or invoices by searching for keywords, client names, deal names, or other relevant information.
+ Add Quote – Create a new quote document tied to a specific deal. When you click this button, a quote creation modal opens.
What you can do:
Select which deal the quote is for.
Choose a quote template.
Add line items (products, services, quantities, prices)
Set payment terms and due date.
Add custom notes or terms and conditions.
Preview the quote before sending.
Send the quote directly to the client.
Settings ⚙️ – Opens the settings panel where you can configure how quotes and invoices are created and sent.
Quote ID – A unique identifier assigned to each quote. This ID helps you reference and track specific quotes across your system.
Customer – The name of the company or contact associated with the quote or invoice.
Invoice Due Date – The date by which payment is due for an invoice. This field is specific to invoices and helps you track payment deadlines.
Quote Status – The current status of a quote (sent, viewed, accepted, declined, expired, etc.).
Contract Status – The status of any associated contract tied to the quote or invoice.
Invoice Status – The current status of an invoice (sent, viewed, paid, overdue, partially paid, etc.).
Total Amount – The total monetary value of the quote or invoice.
Paid Amount – The amount that has been paid toward an invoice.
Balance – The remaining amount owed on an invoice (Total Amount - Paid Amount).
Deal – The deal associated with the quote or invoice.
Three-Dot Menu (More Actions) – At the end of each row, you'll see a three-dot menu with additional actions:
Edit - Opens the quote or invoice for editing. You can update details like amounts, line items, payment terms, or client information.
Copy Client Link - Generates a shareable link that you can send to your client. The client can view the quote or invoice and, if applicable, accept it or make a payment.
Delete - Removes the quote or invoice from your system permanently.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to delete before confirming.
Contacts
All Contacts Dropdown – Filter which contacts are displayed.
Search bar – Type keywords to find specific contacts.
Filters – Apply multiple filters to your contacts view:
Sort options – Organize companies by name, creation date, or other criteria.
Columns – Choose which columns to include in your filtered view.
Filters – Filter by any custom fields you've created.
Reset – Undo your filter settings and return to the default view.
Save – Allows you to save your current filters on the current view or a new one.
+ Add contact – Create a new company record directly from the Companies view. This is the fastest way to add a new business to your CRM when you're already in the Companies section.
Contacts view
Contact – The contact's first and last name as it appears in your system.
Email – The contact's email address used for communication and record linking.
Phone Number – The contact's phone number used for calls and SMS.
Job Title – The contact's role or position at their company.
Company – The name of the organization the contact is associated with.
Created At – The date the contact record was created in your system.
Updated At – The date the contact record was last updated.
Last Activity At – The date of the most recent activity tied to the contact (emails, meetings, deal updates, etc.).
Suggestion Status – A status indicator that may suggest actions or insights about the contact (e.g., "Follow up needed," "Inactive," etc.).
SMS Opt In (Checkbox) – Indicates whether the contact has opted in to receive SMS messages from you.
Communication Opt Out At – The date when the contact opted out of communications.
+ Add Custom Field – Allows you to add a new custom field to the Contacts view if you've created custom fields for contacts.
Companies
All Companies Dropdown – Filter which companies are displayed.
Search bar – Type keywords to find specific companies.
Filters – Apply multiple filters to your Companies view, as explained above.
+ Add company – Create a new company record directly from the Companies view. This is the fastest way to add a new business to your CRM when you're already in the Companies section.
Company Name – The name of the organization
Company Domain – The company's website URL
Both fields are required to add a new company to your records.
Companies view
Name – The company's name as it appears in your system.
+ button – Clicking the + button next to a company name allows you to quickly add a new contact or deal.
Domain – The company's website domain (e.g., acmecorp.com).
Created At – The date the company record was created in your system.
Primary Contact – The name of the main point of contact for the company.
Updated At – The date the company record was last updated.
Last Activity At – The date of the most recent activity tied to the company (emails, meetings, deal updates, etc.).
Suggestion Status – A status indicator that may suggest actions or insights about the company (e.g., "Follow up needed," "Inactive," etc.).
+ Add Custom Field – Allows you to add a new custom field to the Companies view if you've created custom fields for companies.
