Page reference

  • Name — The name or identity of your AI phone agent (e.g., "Sarah," "Matt," "Vicky").

  • Voice — Choose whether the agent speaks in a male or female voice for client interactions.

  • Phone Number — The dedicated phone number assigned to your AI agent that clients can call.

  • SMS Toggle — Enable or disable text messaging capabilities so the agent can send and receive SMS (requires 10DLC registration for US/Canada).

  • Allow transferring the call to a human when necessary — Enable the agent to transfer calls to a human team member if the conversation becomes too complex.

  • Call History Button — Access a complete log of all calls the AI agent has handled.
