Account Menu – Expand the dropdown by clicking on your profile icon to manage your account, or get help without leaving your current page.

Download Desktop App – Download our desktop app, supported on both Windows and Mac.
Log out – Sign out of your Wonderly account.
+ New – Create new items from anywhere in Wonderly without navigating to specific sections first.
Email – Compose a new email directly from Wonderly.
Call or text – Make a call or draft a text message to any of the contacts on your Sales hub.
Task – Create a new task to track work that needs to be done.
Meeting – Schedule a new calendar event or meeting with attendees in your connected calendar accounts.
Document – Create a new document to store information or notes.
Project – Create a new project to organize work, milestones, and tasks.
Deal – Create a new sales opportunity in your pipeline.
Contact – Add a new person to your contacts list.
Company – Add a new organization to your companies list.
Settings – Manage your personal account and team-wide settings, including billing, notifications, connected accounts, and hub configurations.

My business section navigation

Business Info – Manage everything Wonderly uses to represent your business: your profile, branding, services, and compliance details. Every client-facing Wonderly feature reads from it automatically.
Website – Build and manage a professional, conversion-optimized website for your business using Wonderly's AI-powered Website Builder. No coding or developers required.
Form & Scheduling – Create and manage your client intake form to automatically qualify leads, collect information, and book meetings before you ever get on the phone.
AI Phone – Set up and manage your AI phone agent that answers inbound calls, makes outbound calls, sends texts, and logs every interaction directly to your CRM, around the clock.
Ads manager – Create and manage Meta ad campaigns using AI, generating ad copy and images pulled directly from your branding, services, and business information, all inside Wonderly.
Favorites section navigation
Save and organize your most-used documents, projects, or views for quick access instead of searching or navigating through your entire workspace each time.
Favorites list – Displays all documents, projects, or views you've marked as favorites.
Three-dot menu – Opens action options for each favorited item.
Six-dot drag pad – Allows you to click and drag items to reorder them manually.
