Filter and sort deals by stage
How to sort your pipeline by stage and filter out stages you don't need to see.
As your pipeline grows, it helps to narrow down what you're looking at. You can sort deals by stage to organize your view, or filter to only show specific stages. You can also save a filtered view so you don't have to set it up again.
Sort deals by stage
Go to Sales → Deals.
Click Filters in the top-right corner.
Click the Sort dropdown.
Select Stage from the list, or use the Search column… bar to find it quickly.
Your deals are now sorted by pipeline stage.
Filter deals by stage
Go to Sales → Deals.
Click Filters in the top-right corner.
Enable a filter first by clicking on + Add.
Click the unset field and select the filter you want to apply.
To keep this view, click Save and select Save as a new view.
Only the deal records with those filters you selected are shown in your pipeline.
FAQ
Can I edit or delete a saved view? Yes. You can edit a saved view to update the filters or delete it if you no longer need it.
Does filtering affect what my team sees? No. Saved views are personal. Filtering or sorting your pipeline doesn't change what anyone else sees.
What happens when you save a custom view
When you click Save and choose save as a new view, Wonderly:
Creates a new saved view with your current sort and filter settings
Asks whether the view is Private (only visible to you) or Shared (visible to your entire team)
Stores the view so you can quickly return to it later without re-applying filters
You can switch between saved views at any time by clicking the view name in the top-left corner of the Deals dashboard.
