# Set up your Call to Action button

The Call to Action button appears on the right side of your website's navigation bar. You can control what it says, how it looks, and what happens when a visitor clicks it.

### Set up your Call to Action button in your site navigation bar

**When to use:** You want to add or change the action button in your navigation bar.

1. Under **My Business**, click **Website** from the main sidebar.
2. Click **Site navigation bar** from the secondary sidebar.
3. In the **Content** tab, under **Call to Action**, enter your button label in the **Text** field.
4. Click the **Style** dropdown to choose your button style (Solid, Outlined, or Text).
5. Click the **Action** dropdown to choose what happens when a visitor clicks the button.

We recommend using the **Solid** style. It creates the most contrast against your navigation bar, making it the easiest button for visitors to notice. The whole point of a call to action is to stand out, and Solid does that best.

#### Action options

* **Link** — Opens a page you specify.
* **Open form** — Opens your intake form.
* **None** — The button does nothing when clicked.

**FAQ:**

* **What should I write as my Call to Action button label?**
* Keep it short and action-oriented. Labels like "Get a Quote", "Book Now", or "Contact Us" tend to perform well because they tell visitors exactly what to expect when they click.
* **What is the difference between the three button styles?**
* Solid displays a filled button, Outlined shows a button with a border and transparent background, and Text shows just the label with no border or fill. Choose the style that fits best with your website's design.
* **Should I link my Call to Action button to my Client Intake Form or to a custom URL?**
* We recommend linking your Call to Action button to your Client Intake Form. This keeps visitors on your site and captures their information directly, making it the most effective option for converting visitors into leads.
* **Can I have more than one Call to Action button in my navigation bar?**
* No. The navigation bar supports one Call to Action button. You can add additional Call to Action buttons in other sections of your website. See \[Add section].
* **What happens if I set the Action to "do nothing"?**
* The button will appear on your navigation bar, but clicking it will have no effect. This can be useful as a placeholder while you finish setting up your site.
