# Updating Business info

Wonderly helps you keep all your business information accurate and up-to-date. You edit your profile, brand, services, and compliance details in one place so clients always see the most up-to-date information.

### Business details

1. Go to the **Business info** tab.
2. Click **Business details**.
3. Update your **Business Name** by typing it into the text field.
4. Select your **Business Type** from the dropdown list.
5. Update your **Website** if you have a connected domain. Otherwise, the temporary Wonderly URL will appear.
6. Edit your **Addresses**.
7. Set your **Timezone** using the dropdown.
8. Update **Hours of operation**:
9. Toggle each day on or off to include it in your schedule.
10. Use the time drop downs to select the start and end times for each day.

**Expected Outcome:** Your core business profile is updated and visible to clients.

The website has to be in the format [https://www.myweb.com](https://www.myweb.com/). If you add it without the "**https\://"**, Wonderly won’t recognize it.

* **Business Name** – Your official business name as clients will see it.
* **Business Type** – Category that best describes your business.

* **Website** – Your connected domain or temporary Wonderly URL.
* **Addresses** – Physical locations where your business operates.
* **Timezone** – Local time zone for scheduling and operations.
* **Hours of operation** – Daily schedule clients can expect your business to be available.

#### **Update your branding and messaging**

1. Under **My Business**, click **Business Info**.
2. Click **Brand & Messaging**.

#### Update your brand elements

1. To change your logo, click the **trash icon** to remove the current one, then click **Choose File** to upload a new image from your device.
2. To change your colors, click on **Primary**, **Secondary**, or **Tertiary** to select new colors.

1. Enter your **Brand Voice** to describe how your business communicates.
2. Enter your **Brand Vibe** to define your business personality.
3. Enter your **Target Audience**.
4. Enter your **Pain Points** to describe the problems your customers experience.
5. Enter your **Value Proposition** to explain why customers choose your business.
6. Enter your **Unique Selling Proposition** to describe what sets you apart.
7. Enter your **Top SEO Strings** separated by commas.
8. Under **What services do you offer**, add each service with a **Name** and **Description**.

**Expected Outcome**: Your brand and communication settings are updated and ready for clients.

### Manage Services

1. Scroll to the **Services** subsection under **Brand & Messaging**.
2. Click **Add Service**.
3. Add the **Name** of the service and the **Description**.
4. Click **Add Service** once again to save the info you just added.
5. If needed, edit existing services by updating the **Name** and **Description**.
6. Delete a service by clicking the **X** next to it.
7. Rearrange services by dragging them using the **6-dot pad** on the left.

**Expected Outcome**: Your service list is up-to-date and organized for clients.

### Compliance Documentation

1. Go to the **Business** **info** page.
2. Click **Compliance**.
3. Complete all required fields to allow SMS setup for your phone agent.

**Expected Outcome**: Your business is compliant and ready to send SMS messages to clients.

**FAQ**

**What is the difference between Brand Voice and Brand Vibe?** Brand Voice describes how your brand sounds when communicating with customers, such as professional, friendly, or direct. Brand Vibe describes the emotional personality of your brand, such as energetic, calm, or trustworthy. Together, they guide how Wonderly AI communicates on your behalf.

**Can I reorder my services?** Yes. Drag any service using the six-dot pad on the left to rearrange the order in which they appear.

**What is the Compliance section for?** Compliance information is required to meet US and Canadian SMS regulations. Completing it allows your AI phone agent to send SMS messages to clients. Without it, SMS functionality will not be available.

**Will changes to my business info affect my published website?** Some information, such as your logo and brand colors, will be reflected across your Wonderly website and client-facing materials after you publish your website. Review your website after making changes to confirm everything looks as expected.
