# My business information

### What is Wonderly Business info?

Business Info is where you manage everything Wonderly uses to represent your business: your profile, branding, services, and compliance details. Every client-facing Wonderly feature reads from it. Your AI Phone agent pulls from it to answer client questions. Your Website pulls from it to display your colors, logo, and services. Your marketing Ads campaigns use it to build themes and messaging. When a client searches for your business, books an appointment, or gets a call from your phone agent, every one of those touchpoints reads from the same place. You manage it all here. Other Wonderly features pull from it automatically.

### **How it works**

Business Info is organized into three sections: Business details, Brand & Messaging, and Compliance. Each one feeds a different part of your Wonderly setup.

**Core Business Profile**

Your core profile covers the basics: business name, type, website, addresses, timezone, and hours of operation. These details anchor how every time-based and location-based Wonderly feature works.

Your timezone determines how appointment slots appear on your booking page. Your hours of operation give your AI Phone agent the information it needs to answer clients accurately.

**Brand & Messaging**

Brand & Messaging is where you define how your business looks and sounds. Your AI Phone agent, your Website, and your Ads manager all read from it, so all forms of communication, such as your colors, your logo, and your messaging, stay consistent across every client touchpoint.

Brand elements cover how your business looks: your logo, and your primary, secondary, and tertiary colors.

Communication details cover how your business sounds and who it should resonate with: your brand voice, brand vibe, target audience, pain points, value proposition, unique selling proposition, and SEO keywords.

Your brand voice is what makes your AI Phone agent sound like your business and not a generic assistant. A law firm responding to clients needs a professional natural tone and language than a daycare talking to caring parents. You define that tone here and your AI Phone agent carries it into every client interaction.

For step-by-step instructions on updating each of these fields, see [Setting Up Your Brand & Messaging](https://www.wonderly.com/help/marketing-hub/my-business-information/setting-up-your-brand-and-messaging).

**Compliance**

Compliance is required before you can activate SMS messaging through your AI Phone and SMS agent. These fields collect the details US and Canadian telecom regulations require for businesses sending SMS to clients.

You cannot send SMS until this section is complete. This is a regulatory requirement, not a Wonderly setting.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This information is mandatory under US and Canada SMS regulations. Wonderly will not activate SMS for your AI Phone and SMS agent until compliance is complete.
