# Review Form responses

Wonderly’s Inbox lets you review every Form response in one place, see key lead details, and take actions like creating a deal or assigning the response to a team member.

### Review responses in the Inbox

**When to use:** Use this method to see submitted form entries, check details, and take quick actions directly from Wonderly’s Inbox

1. Click **Inbox** in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click **Shared inbox** to expand this section.
3. Click **Client Intake**.
4. Click the Form entry you want to review.
5. Review the contact details in the central pane, including the contact’s name, the Inbox it belongs to, assignee, tags, linked deal name, creation date, and deal value.
6. Use the **action bar** at the top to quickly **Go to Client Intake**, **Archive**, **Mark as Unread**, **Snooze**, or **Create New deal** from this response.
7. Check the **banner** below the action bar to see the source URL where the form was submitted.
8. Review the submitted form responses. These fields correspond to the questions on your Form.

#### Response fields

* **Contact name** – The lead who submitted the form.
* **Inbox** – The Inbox folder where the response appears.
* **Assigned to** – The team member responsible for this lead.
* **Tags** – Any labels associated with the lead.
* **Linked deal** – Name of the deal connected to the response, if applicable.
* **Creation date** – When the form was submitted.
* **Deal value** – Estimated value of the linked deal.
* **Action bar** – Quick actions you can take on the response.
* **Source URL** – Web address where the lead submitted the form.
* **Form responses** – Answers provided by the lead on your Client Intake Form.
