# Form overview

### **What is the Form?**

The Form is a customizable form that collects the information you need from every lead before you ever get on the phone. You decide the questions, embed the form on your website, and every lead fills it out the same way. No more repeating yourself on every call. No more forgetting to ask something important.

From there, Wonderly takes it further. Every submission is automatically evaluated against your qualification criteria. Leads that qualify are routed to your booking page to schedule a meeting. Leads that don't are filtered out before you spend time on them. Every submission creates a deal in your CRM with the lead's full details attached.

### **Why use it?**

**Ask yourself:**

1. "How many times this week did you ask a new lead the same set of questions?"
2. "Have you ever gotten on a call only to find out two minutes in that the lead wasn't a fit?"
3. "How many leads reached out while you were busy and never heard back?"

If that sounds familiar, that's because it's how most service businesses operate. Someone reaches out, you call them back, you ask the same questions you asked the last person, and 15 minutes later you find out they need something you don't offer or can't afford your rate. Multiply that across every lead and you're spending hours each week on conversations that go nowhere.

And the leads that are a fit? They're waiting. If they don't hear back fast enough, they move on to whoever responds first.

**The Form solves this by doing three things:**

1. **It collects the same information from every lead, without you picking up the phone.**\
   You configure the form once with the questions that matter to your business. Budget, project type, timeline, location, whatever you normally ask on that first call. The form lives directly on your website behind your call-to-action button. When a visitor is ready to reach out, the form is right there. They fill it out on their own time and you get structured, consistent information from every single lead.\
   \
   No more repeating the same questions. No more forgetting to ask about budget. No more scribbling notes on a napkin between jobs.<br>
2. **It automatically separates the leads worth your time from the ones that aren't.**\
   Not every person who fills out your form is a fit for your business. The Form evaluates every submission against your qualification rules the moment it comes in.
   1. **Leads that qualify?** They are routed directly to your booking page and can schedule a meeting while their interest is highest.
   2. **Leads that don't?** They see a custom message you control and are moved to your disqualified column automatically. You never spend a minute on them.<br>
3. **Qualified leads book a meeting before you even check your phone.**\
   The leads that pass your criteria don't wait for a callback. They land on your booking page immediately, pick a time in their own timezone, confirm in under a minute, and get an automated reminder before the meeting.\
   \
   By the time you check your phone, the right lead is already on your calendar. That's the difference between losing a good lead to a competitor and having them locked in.

**With any other setup?** You are asking the same questions on every call, manually deciding who is worth pursuing, copying information into a spreadsheet or CRM, and hoping you follow up before the lead moves on. Every step depends on you.

**With Wonderly?** The form collects the information, qualifies the lead, books the meeting, and creates the deal in your CRM. One system. Nothing to connect. Nothing to break. No extra cost.

### **How it works**

Every form submission triggers the same sequence: qualify, route, and record. You define the rules once, and Wonderly handles the rest.

1. **Start with the right questions.**

Think about the first call you have with a new lead. You probably ask the same things every time. The Form asks them for you, before you are ever involved.

The key is choosing questions that tell you quickly whether this lead is worth your time. Here are examples based on different service businesses:

<details>

<summary><strong>Landscaping</strong></summary>

* What type of service are you looking for? (one-time cleanup, recurring maintenance, full redesign)
* What is the size of your property?
* What is your budget range?

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Law firm</strong></summary>

* What type of legal matter do you need help with?
* Have you spoken to another attorney about this?
* What is your preferred timeline for resolution?

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Marketing agency</strong></summary>

* What does your business do?
* What marketing channels are you currently using?
* What is your monthly marketing budget?

</details>

Notice the pattern. Each question does one of two things: it tells you what the lead needs, or it tells you whether they are a fit. The stronger your questions, the less time you spend figuring that out on a call.

2. **Set your rules for what qualifies.**

Your questions feed directly into your qualification rules. Each question can become a filter that separates the leads worth your time from the ones that aren't.

For example, if you ask about budget range, you can set a minimum. Anyone who selects below that amount is automatically disqualified. If you ask about location, you can filter out leads outside your service area. If you ask about project type, you can screen out work you don't do.

You define what a good lead looks like. Wonderly enforces it on every submission. No scrolling through responses. No judgment calls. Your rules do the filtering for you, and you can update them at any time as your business evolves.

3. **Put it where your leads are already looking.**

The form lives directly on your website behind your call-to-action button. When a visitor decides they want to reach out, the form is the next step. They click, fill it out, and the process starts.

Without it, that same visitor is looking for a phone number, sending a vague email, or leaving your site because they didn't know what to do next.

4. **Qualified leads move forward without waiting on you.**

Leads that pass your criteria are routed directly to your booking page. They pick a time, confirm the meeting, and you have a qualified lead on your calendar before you even check your phone. #### **Where the Form Fits in Your Wonderly Account**

The Form is not a standalone tool. It is the entry point that connects to everything else in your Wonderly account.

* **Website:** Embeds directly on your site as the action behind your call-to-action button
* **Booking Page:** Qualified leads are routed here based on your real availability
* **CRM:** A deal is created the moment a lead submits with their full details attached
* **Email Inbox:** Every submission is visible in your shared Client Intake inbox so nothing gets missed
* **AI Phone Agent:** Uses the same qualifying questions so information is collected consistently whether a lead fills out the form or calls your business
