# Your first week with Wonderly

The first week is about getting Wonderly working for your business. The actions you take this week become the foundation on which everything else builds on top.

### **Start from your Set up Wonderly section**

Your Set up Wonderly section is the best place to begin. It walks you through the core setup steps in the order that makes sense, so nothing gets missed and everything is ready before you start bringing leads in.

### **Validate your Business Info**

Your Business Info is the single source of truth for your business details across the platform. Your website, intake form, AI Phone, and automations all reference it. Make sure it's accurate and complete before moving on. Everything else you set up this week pulls from it.

If you haven't completed your essential tool setup yet, work through the [Marketing checklist](https://www.wonderly.com/help/marketing-hub/marketing-checklist-what-to-do-before-going-live) before moving on.

### **Launch your first ad campaign**

Once your Business Info is in place, Wonderly uses it to generate up to five Meta ads with AI. Review them, make your edits, and launch. Your [first campaign ](https://www.wonderly.com/help/marketing-hub/ads-manager-overview/set-up-ai-powered-ad-campaigns)can be live within the same session.

### **Send your first email**

Once your inbox is connected, every email you and your team send or receive is automatically tied to the correct client record. You won't need to search across tools to find a conversation, as it's already attached to the deal it belongs to. Connect your email in Settings, then send your [first message](https://www.wonderly.com/help/communications-hub/inbox-overview/everyday-use/reply-to-email) directly from a deal, a contact record, or the Inbox section to see how it works.

### **Close your first deal**

Before you start, make sure your [Intake Form](https://www.wonderly.com/help/marketing-hub/lead-generation-tools/form-overview/set-up-form) and [qualification criteria](https://www.wonderly.com/help/marketing-hub/lead-generation-tools/form-overview/set-up-form) are set up so qualified leads become deals in your pipeline automatically.

Your Deal pipeline is where leads become clients. Add your first deal manually, move it through your pipeline stages, and walk through the full sales flow from zero to quote to close. Assign an owner from within your team for each deal or client, or set the default owner for all upcoming leads. Log a note and send a quote directly from the deal record. Everything stays in one place, so nothing slips through.

### **Kick off your first project**

Creating your [first project](https://www.wonderly.com/help/work-hub/projects-overview/set-up-a-project/create-a-project) is how you get familiar with how Wonderly structures and helps you track delivery. Add and assign tasks to you or your teammates in the same Wonderly account, set milestones to better organize your project's expectations, and share access with your clients with the [Client Portal](https://www.wonderly.com/help/work-hub/client-portal-overview/for-your-team) if needed, so everyone starts with the same context.

### **What comes next**

Once your tools are set up and you have moved work through each part of the platform, Wonderly runs largely on its own. Leads come in, deals move forward, and your team communicates in one place. The goal of the first week is to make sure Wonderly has what it needs to do that. If you need help at any point, reach out to our support team at <support@wonderly.com>.
