Editing access for an event is determined by the sharing permissions of your connected external calendar — Google Calendar or Outlook. It is not managed by Wonderly.

**FAQ:**

**I clicked on a meeting in my calendar but I can't edit it. Why?** Editing access for an event is determined by the sharing permissions of your connected external calendar — Google Calendar or Outlook. If the event was created by someone else and you weren't given edit permissions, you'll be able to view the meeting details but not make changes. Contact the event organizer to update the meeting or ask them to grant you edit access in your shared calendar.

**I made changes to a meeting from the agenda but they aren't showing in my external calendar. Why?** There may be a short sync delay between Wonderly and your connected calendar provider. Wait a few minutes and refresh both Wonderly and your external calendar.

**A meeting is showing in my external calendar but not in my agenda. Why?** Your agenda only shows meetings from calendars that are connected and checked in Wonderly. Check that the calendar the meeting belongs to has its checkbox ticked under the **Accounts** group in the calendar view sidebar.
