Create and edit your booking link
How to set up a personal booking link in Wonderly.
A booking link gives leads and clients a way to schedule time with you directly, based on your real availability. Once created, you can share it anywhere in emails, proposals, or your website.
Create a booking link
Click Calendar in the left-hand sidebar.
Click Booking link.
Click Create Personal Booking Link.
Click on Edit.
Fill in your booking link details under Event Details and Advanced settings.
Click Save to confirm.
Expected outcome: Your booking link is created and is ready to share with clients via email, embed on your website, or add to your proposals.
The Create Personal Booking Link button only appears before your first booking link is created. Once a link exists, use the Edit button to make changes.

FAQ:
What does my client see when they use my booking link? Your client lands on a booking page showing your available time slots based on your schedule and calendar availability. They select a time, enter their name and email, and confirm the booking. Once booked, they receive a confirmation email with the meeting details and a calendar invite.
Can I create more than one booking link? No. You'll have one booking link for your Wonderly account.
Is my booking link active as soon as I create it? Yes. Your booking link is live immediately after you create it. If you're not ready to share it yet, hold off on sending it until you've configured it to your liking. See [Edit a booking link][link] to update the settings before sharing.
Edit a booking link
Your booking link controls what leads, and clients see when they go to schedule a time with you. You can update the meeting name, duration, location, availability, and advanced settings like buffer time and booking limits at any time.
Click Calendar in the left-hand sidebar.
Click Booking link.
Click Edit next to the booking link you want to update.
Update the fields you want to change under Event Details and Advanced settings.
Click Save to confirm.
Expected outcome: The changes take effect right away for any new bookings going forward.
Any meetings that were scheduled through the booking link before the edits will remain unchanged with their original settings.
FAQ:
If I edit my booking link, will it affect meetings that have already been booked? No. Changes you make to a booking link only affect future bookings. Any meetings already scheduled through the link will remain unchanged.
Can I temporarily disable a booking link without deleting it? No. Once a booking link is created, it will remain active, with the latest settings you save.
A client told me they couldn't find a time to book. What should I check? Check your buffer time, minimum notice period, and booking frequency settings under Advanced settings — these are the most common reasons available times disappear. Also, confirm that the durations assigned to this booking link have available room in your calendar.
Share your booking link
Once your booking link is set up, you can copy it and send it to anyone you want to give access to book time on your calendar — in an email, a proposal, a client message, or anywhere else.
Click Calendar in the main sidebar.
Click Booking link.
Click Copy link next to the booking link you want to share.
Paste and send the link wherever you want to share it.
FAQ:
Can my client reschedule or cancel after booking? Yes. The confirmation email your client receives after booking includes a link to reschedule or cancel the meeting. If they reschedule, the original event is removed and a new one is created at the updated time. If they cancel, the event is removed from both calendars and you'll receive a notification.
Can I share the same booking link with multiple clients? Yes. Your booking link is a public URL that anyone can use. Each client who books through it will get their own separate meeting based on your availability at the time they book.
Can I see who has booked through my link? Yes. Meetings booked through your booking link appear on your calendar like any other event. The event title includes your client's name by default, so you can identify bookings at a glance.
