# Calendar overview

### **What is Wonderly Calendar?**

Wonderly Calendar is a unified scheduling view that combines your meetings and your team's availability into one place. It pulls events from your connected Google, Outlook, and iCloud calendars alongside meetings booked through your Wonderly booking links. The built-in scheduling assistant lets you layer your teammates' calendars on top of your own, spot open time slots across the group, and create a meeting in minutes.

### **Why use it?**

Wonderly's calendar feature is useful for two reasons:

1. **Your calendar is connected to your entire business.**

Most calendar tools show you your schedule. Wonderly's calendar is wired into the rest of your business.

When a prospect fills out your Client Intake Form and books through your booking page, the meeting appears in your Wonderly Calendar, and a contact is created in the CRM at the same time. Meetings linked to your contacts, deals, and projects also appear in your calendar view. Every meeting flows into your AI Agenda alongside your tasks, so you open one place in the morning and know exactly what the day requires.

With a standalone calendar, you would need to connect a scheduling tool, a CRM, a project manager, and a task list separately. Those integrations require maintenance effort and budget. When one breaks, leads slip and clients feel it.

2. **You and your team always know what is actually available.**

Without a unified calendar view, you never have a fully accurate picture of your own availability. Layer on a lack of visibility into your teammates' schedules, and agreeing on a single meeting time turns into unnecessary back-and-forth before anything gets booked.

A prospect asks to jump on a call. You suggest a time. They come back with a conflict. You suggest another. They accept, but show up an hour late because neither of you caught the timezone difference. Twenty minutes of messages to schedule a thirty minute call.

The same friction happens internally. You need a quick sync with two teammates. One is on a client call, another has a blocked afternoon you did not know about. The Slack thread runs fifteen minutes before you land on a time that works.

* Scheduling a single meeting costs 15 to 30 minutes of coordination
* Timezone mismatches cause no-shows that damage client trust
* Friction discourages quick team syncs, so fewer of them happen

That friction compounds. The meetings that do not happen are the ones that would have moved things forward.

### **How it works**

**The calendar view**

Your calendar pulls every event from your connected Google, Outlook, and iCloud accounts into one timeline. Meetings booked through your Wonderly booking links appear here automatically.

Switch between Agenda, 1 Day, 3 Days, Weekdays, and Week views from the top right, and use the mini calendar on the left to jump to any date.

**The scheduling assistant**

Open the scheduling assistant and type a teammate's name into the Add Guests field. Their calendar events appear in your calendar view, each person in their own color matching the name on the left sidebar. Add everyone who needs to be in the meeting and scan the timeline for an open slot.

Click Show Times to highlight available windows based on your selected duration, choose between 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, click a slot, and create the meeting. Every attendee is added automatically and the event appears on all connected calendars immediately.

**Availability and conflict protection**

Your availability in Wonderly reflects your actual calendar, not a template you set up once and forgot. If a client books through your booking link, that slot closes. If a teammate has a conflict, it shows in your calendar view before you create the meeting. Double-booking is caught before it happens.

**Timezones**

All events, including your teammates', display in your default timezone. You see everyone's availability in your local time, so there is no manual conversion needed when finding a slot that works.
