# Access your AI Agenda

The AI Agenda is a daily document that Wonderly generates automatically, pulling together your upcoming meetings and tasks into a single view. You can open it directly from the calendar view.

### Open the AI Agenda

1. Click **Calendar** in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click **Agenda** in the top-right corner of the calendar view to expand the AI Agenda panel.
3. Click the **X** at the top-right corner of the panel to collapse it and return to the full calendar view.

### Regenerate today's agenda

If your agenda is missing recent information, you can delete it and let Wonderly rebuild it with the latest data.

1. Click **Projects** in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click **My Private Workspace**.
3. Click **Agenda**, then click **Browse**.
4. Open the **current year** folder, and then the **current month** folder.
5. Click on today's agenda document to open it.
6. Click the (**⋯**) **three-dot menu** at the top-right corner of the document.
7. Click **Delete**, then confirm by clicking **Delete Doc**.
8. Refresh your browser.

***Expected outcome:*** Wonderly deletes the current day's agenda document and generates a new one with the latest information about your meetings and tasks.

**FAQ:**

**Why didn't my agenda generate today?** Your agenda generates automatically at the start of each day. If it didn't appear, try refreshing your browser first.

**My agenda is missing some meetings or tasks. Why?** Your agenda pulls from your Wonderly task list. If a task is missing, check that the task exists in your Wonderly projects. If everything looks correct, regenerate your agenda by deleting today's document and refreshing your browser.

**Will deleting today's agenda delete my meetings or tasks?** No. Deleting the agenda document only removes the generated summary for that day. Your meetings and tasks in Wonderly and your connected calendars are not affected.

**Can I edit the agenda document manually?** Yes. Your agenda is a document stored in your **My Private Workspace,** and you can edit it like any other Wonderly document. Keep in mind that manual edits will be lost if you regenerate the agenda, since regeneration replaces the document entirely.
